How do I know if I need an executive coach?

What does an executive coach do?
Answer: An executive coach helps leaders clarify their goals, identify areas for growth, and provide guidance and tools to improve leadership skills. This might include strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and enhancing team performance.
How do you measure success in coaching?
Answer: Success is often measured through goal achievement, feedback from team members or stakeholders, and improvements in areas such as leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and team engagement. Coaches may use assessments or follow-up meetings to track progress. Excellence Executive Coaching uses 360 Feedback, Maxwell Disc, and The 6 Types of Working Genius as assessment tools.
What is your coaching methodology?
